The York Barbell 7’ Elite Power Bar featured in the 181 kg set is made from high-quality North American steel. This bar has a 1500lb weight limit, 29mm bar diameter, and 16” loadable sleeves. It is a rigid bar that is excellent for performing static, highly controlled, slow movements such as the squat, chest press, and deadlift.
