Seamless Coordination From Start To Finish

At Repetition Fitness, we manage the entire equipment fulfillment and installation process, so you don’t have to. From the moment an order is placed, we take full responsibility for ensuring that everything arrives on time, in the right condition, and is installed to the highest standard.

Our Process:

1. Order, Consultation & Planning
   We help you select the best equipment for your space, tailored to your training goals and budget.
   As part of this phase, we complete a detailed Installation Consultation Form on your behalf, which outlines delivery specifics, site access, timelines, and any unique installation requirements. We then coordinate directly with the installer to ensure everything is set up correctly from day one.

2. Shipping & Delivery Options
   Once your order is confirmed, we coordinate the most efficient delivery plan:

   • Ship to Installer’s Warehouse: Equipment can be sent directly to our installation partner’s local warehouse for staging and prep.

   • Ship Direct to Job Site: Alternatively, we can arrange delivery straight to the install location, where installers will meet the shipment and begin setup.

3. Installation Coordination
   We work closely with partners like American Fitness Services (AZ) and Fitness Machine Technicians (CO) to manage installation. Our team ensures:

   • Timely delivery and installer arrival

   • All job site details are confirmed and communicated

   • Equipment layout and specifications are followed precisely

4. Final Walkthrough & Support
   After installation, we remain available for any follow-up support, including walkthroughs, equipment orientation, and connecting you with local service technicians for future maintenance.
