Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Repetition Fitness, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve successfully received your order and that your payment has been authorized. At this stage, your order is being reviewed and prepared for processing.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to properly verify your order, confirm product availability, and begin the fulfillment process. If, for any reason, there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via phone or email as soon as possible with an update.

Handling Time

After your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our fulfillment team or directly to the vendor’s warehouse for packing and shipment.
Handling time can vary depending on:

  • The size and weight of your order

  • The vendor or brand supplying the product

  • The shipping method selected

Each product page on our website includes estimated handling times specific to that item and vendor. Please review this information prior to purchase to better understand expected timelines.

Shipping & Transit Policy – Repetition Fitness

We want your shopping experience with Repetition Fitness to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Below is a breakdown of how shipping works depending on the size and type of your order:


Small or Lightweight Items

These items are typically shipped via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They ship faster and usually do not require a signature upon delivery.


Heavy or Bulky Items

Larger equipment or multi-box orders will be delivered via LTL Freight (Less Than Truckload) to ensure safety and avoid damage in transit. These items are delivered curbside only, unless otherwise arranged with Repetition Fitness.

  • If your order includes a heavy machine or several pieces of gym equipment, it will be securely packed on a pallet and delivered by a freight carrier.

  • Freight shipments do not include room-of-choice or assembly unless white-glove service is requested and approved in advance.


Warehouse Handling & Shipping Queue

Once your order is confirmed, it is queued for fulfillment in the order it was received. Our warehouse team picks, packs, and prepares each order carefully. During peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional events, processing time may take slightly longer.


Tracking Information

As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number and, if applicable, a Bill of Lading. This allows you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.


Transit Time

Once your order leaves the warehouse:

  • Standard carrier shipments generally arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • Freight shipments typically arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Keep in mind: Delays may occur due to weather, carrier availability, or seasonal demand, but we’ll always keep you informed if anything changes.


Freight Delivery Appointment

For freight shipments, once your order reaches the local terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. This usually includes a 4-hour time window during standard business hours.

⚠️ You must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Missed appointments may result in redelivery fees.


Final Delivery Details

  • If your location has a loading dock, the driver will deliver the pallet(s) directly there.

  • If not, the shipment will be lowered to the ground via liftgate and delivered to your curbside or nearest accessible location.

What To Do When Your Item(s) Arrive – Repetition Fitness

We want to make sure your delivery experience is smooth and that any issues are handled quickly. Here’s what to do when your order arrives:


1. Curbside Delivery

Most large or heavy items will be delivered to your curbside on a pallet. The driver is not responsible for bringing the item indoors or unboxing it.


2. Inspect Before Signing

Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the exterior of all boxes and pallets:

  • Check for visible damage such as tears, dents, holes, or crushed areas.

  • If there’s any sign of damage, no matter how minor, please write:

    DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW
    on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take clear photos or videos of the damage.

  • Email the documentation to us at contact@repetitionfitness.com right away.

This step is critical to protecting your claim if damage occurred during transit.


3. Unpack and Check the Contents

Within 2–3 business days of receiving your order:

  • Open all boxes and inspect each item carefully.

  • Look for missing parts, hidden damage, or anything that seems off.

  • If anything is missing or damaged, notify us within this period by emailing info@repetitionfitness.com so we can assist you promptly.


4. Extreme or Irreparable Damage

In the rare case that your shipment shows severe structural damage upon delivery:

  • Take photos or videos documenting the issue immediately.

  • Do not accept the delivery — refuse it and inform the driver.

  • Contact us right away at contact@repetitionfitness.com so we can resolve the situation and arrange a replacement.


5. Assembly Notice

Freight drivers will not move items into your home, garage, or facility, and they do not provide assembly.

  • Be prepared to move the equipment from curbside to your desired location.

  • If you purchased an assembly service or wish to add one, please contact us immediately so we can schedule the setup.

Additional Services & Delivery Terms – Repetition Fitness

We understand that every delivery situation is different. That’s why we offer a few additional services to make receiving your order easier and more convenient.


Threshold Delivery

If curbside delivery isn’t ideal for your property, we can help.
Threshold delivery brings your shipment to the nearest safe, dry area on your property, such as a garage or covered entryway.
This service must be arranged prior to shipment and may involve an additional fee.


Professional Assembly

Need help putting your equipment together? We offer professional assembly services for many of our products.

  • Request a quote before placing your order, or

  • Contact us if your item has already been delivered and you now need help with setup.

Our team will coordinate the details to get your equipment safely assembled.


Storage Fees & Missed Deliveries

To avoid unexpected costs, please be aware:

  • If you cannot receive your order when it's scheduled for delivery, you may be charged storage fees or additional shipping fees by the carrier.

  • If you miss your scheduled appointment or fail to respond to the freight carrier’s contact attempts, you may also incur redelivery fees.

To prevent this:

  • Let us know before ordering if you need delivery on a specific date.

  • Keep an eye out for calls or emails from the shipping company once your item is in transit.
