Markets We Serve

Repetition Fitness supplies commercial-grade gym equipment across five core markets: condo and apartment communities, commercial gyms and training studios, hotels and hospitality properties, recreation centers and community facilities, and corporate and office wellness spaces. Different buyers, different budgets, different constraints — but the same underlying problem in every case: equipment has to hold up under repeated, unsupervised, high-traffic use, and getting the space, equipment, and logistics right the first time matters more than it does for a single-user home gym.

This page is a starting point. Each market below has its own dedicated page covering the equipment, layout considerations, and buyer-specific questions that actually apply to that property type — this page is meant to help you find the right one quickly, not to duplicate that depth here.

Markets

Condo and Apartment Communities Turnkey equipment packages for developers and property managers, scaled from boutique 50-unit condo buildings to 400+-unit Class A developments, with layout planning built around lease velocity and tenant retention.

Commercial Gyms and Training Studios Equipment for independent gym owners, strength and conditioning facilities, and CrossFit-style boxes — backed by authorized distributor warranties through Muscle D, SportsArt, Body-Solid, TKO Strength, Be Fit Now, and York Barbell.

Hotels and Hospitality Properties Space-efficient, quiet-operating equipment for boutique hotels, flagged mid-scale properties, and resorts, including experience working within brand-driven Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation cycles.

Recreation Centers and Community Facilities Equipment built for the widest user range of any market we serve — youth to seniors, often unsupervised — with support for public procurement processes including cooperative purchasing contracts.

Corporate and Office Wellness Facilities Workplace fitness equipment sized around real usage patterns (concentrated lunch-hour and before/after-work traffic, not steady 24-hour use), with experience coordinating tenant improvement timelines and high-rise delivery logistics.

From Planning to Installation

Regardless of which market a project falls into, most projects go through the same three phases — and we support all of them directly rather than handing a project off after the equipment ships.

Gym Layout and Design 3D layout planning, equipment spacing, traffic flow, and ADA accessibility considerations, ideally brought in during pre-construction or early build-out when equipment placement can still inform electrical and flooring decisions rather than working around them afterward.

Commercial Equipment Financing

At Repetition Fitness, we don’t just design world-class gyms—we help you fund them. We are proud to announce our official partnership with Equinox Funding, a leader in commercial finance.

Through this partnership, we provide our clients with a seamless, "turnkey" experience. While we handle the 3D designs and equipment selection, Equinox Funding provides the aggressive, flexible capital needed to bring those designs to life.

Delivery and Installation Nationwide freight coordination, on-site installation scheduling, and final walkthrough support — including freight elevator and floor-load coordination for high-rise projects, and phased delivery for renovations that can't take a fitness room fully offline at once.
