Repetition Fitness 90 Day Gym Launch Program
What's Included in Our 90-Day Gym Launch Marketing Program
Opening a gym without a marketing plan already running is one of the most common — and most expensive — mistakes new owners make. In our guide to starting a commercial gym from scratch, we covered why presale matters and what the data says about it. This page covers what our 90-day launch program actually does to put that into practice for you.
Why 90 Days
Presale campaigns typically run 6–8 weeks before opening at minimum — we build in extra runway on both ends, giving enough time to establish your brand presence before the hard sell starts, and enough time after opening to convert initial momentum into a stable member base rather than losing it in the first slow month.
Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
Throughout the full 90 days, — we check in with updates over zoom call every two weeks to review how presale is tracking against targets, adjust ad spend or messaging where it's underperforming, and make sure pricing and positioning are still landing the way they should as real market feedback comes in.
Days 1–30: Foundation
- Website creation — a conversion-focused site built to sell memberships before your doors open, not just describe your gym
- Pricing structure — founder rate and long-term pricing tiers set relative to your local market, structured to reward early sign-ups without underpricing your long-term membership base
- Brand and marketing setup — the ad accounts, creative direction, and messaging foundation the presale campaign will run on
Days 31–75: Presale Campaign
- Paid presale advertising — Instagram and Facebook campaigns designed to drive leads into your founder-rate offer
- Lead follow-up / presale nurture — Email sequences, retargeting ads, phone calls etc.
- Founder rate cap — a limited number of discounted memberships to create real scarcity rather than an open-ended discount
Days 76–90: Opening Push
- Final presale push ahead of opening day
- Grand opening event — (Not part of the program) but an exciting day!
- Handoff and next steps — as your 90 days wrap up, you have the option to continue working with us beyond launch rather than being handed a finished campaign and left on your own.
Continuing After Your 90 Days
Launch momentum doesn't stop mattering on day 91. Clients who want to keep the same support structure — monthly check-ins, ongoing campaign adjustments, continued marketing management — have the option to extend into an ongoing engagement rather than starting over with a new vendor once the initial program ends. We offer an ongoing advertisement management to ensure new clients continue to reach your doors. Every gym spends a % of revenue on marketing, but you want to make sure it's done right.
What This Program Doesn't Replace
This program doesn't replace, staffing, equipment selection and layout, day-to-day operations, maintenance or sales.
